Colin Furphy – Director & CEO
Colin Furphy is the founder and CEO of APDF Management Pty Ltd, leading the company with a vision to deliver high-value property projects that generate strong returns for investors, buyers, and communities. With expertise in property development, project management, campaign strategy, and education, he ensures seamless execution by aligning project teams, investment stakeholders, and industry partners toward a shared vision of success.
With extensive industry experience, numerous qualifications, and a Bachelor of Property Development, Colin brings a national and global perspective, having lived in every Australian state and travelled internationally. His leadership is defined by ambition, collaboration, and strategic foresight, enabling him to spearhead initiatives that align with the Australian Property Development Fund’s long-term growth and investment objectives.
As a results-driven executive, Colin prioritises relationship-building and team cohesion to foster a high-performance culture. Robert Coghill – Chairman
Rob Coghill is an experienced executive specialising in managing both listed and unlisted public companies, with a strong track record of guiding businesses from start-up to IPO and beyond as Chairman, Director, and Company Secretary. With 30 years of expertise in fundraising and corporate advisory, Rob has played a key role in securing capital for Australian and international equity funds, fixed interest, and superannuation funds. His C-suite experience spans mining, sustainable business, agritech, property, and investment decision-making.

Graham Kinder - Director & Chief Operating Officer
Graham is a seasoned business development specialist and company director with over 40 years of commercial experience. He has held leadership roles in global banks and insurance groups, contributing to industry-best practices and product innovations. As past Vice President of a trans-national Business Council, he was and remains dedicated to fostering international business relationships, particularly by helping investors explore opportunities in Australia.
Graham has played a key role in facilitating mergers, acquisitions, and business expansions through strategic B2B engagements. His expertise spans corporate growth, investment diversification, and high-level business facilitation.
Beyond his corporate career, Graham is a committed community leader and was awarded the Emergency Services Medal on Australia Day 2016 for his volunteer work with the NSW State Emergency Service, Salvation Army Emergency Services, and NSW Rural Fire Service. His dedication to ethical business practices and community service underscores his reputation as a trusted and principled leader.
John McCann – Chief Financial Officer
With over two and a half decades of proven leadership across the financial services sector, John has built a reputation as a dynamic executive who delivers transformational impact across commercial and consumer-facing businesses. John’s career reflects his ability to lead regional and local teams through strategic pivots, new market entries, and high-value partnerships.
He has served in CEO and Managing Director roles at industry giants, including Discover Financial, First Data, and Citigroup, consistently driving innovation, profitability, and operational scale. He is an influential executive partner and business builder with a record of launching, revitalizing and growing consumer and commercial businesses in the financial services industry. Having lived and worked in London, New York, Hong Kong and Sydney, John has extensive experience across the Asia Pacific, US, and Australian markets.
Most recently, John founded JPM Advisory Services, where he has advised and led initiatives across the fintech, neo-banking, and property equity release sectors. He is known for his pragmatic and collaborative leadership and ability to capitalise on new revenue opportunities with innovative and creative strategies.
John holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Macquarie University with a major in Finance and has various corporate and industry training experiences, including risk, compliance, securitisation, and general management
Dan Song (aka Danielle Bruce) - Head of Investor Relations
Danielle Bruce is a highly accomplished finance and property development executive, serving as the Head of Investor Relations of the Australian Property Development Fund. With extensive expertise in property development, investment structuring, and financial strategy, she plays a pivotal role in driving the fund’s operational success, investor relations, and strategic growth initiatives.
With a strong foundation in finance, mortgage broking, and real estate, Danielle has successfully orchestrated large-scale property acquisitions, structured complex investment deals, and built high-performing teams. Her bilingual fluency in English and Chinese enables her to connect with local and international investors, expanding the fund’s market reach and fostering global investment opportunities.
Holding multiple industry qualifications, including a Real Estate License and a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking, Danielle brings a data-driven, results-oriented approach to property investment and development. She is instrumental in streamlining operations, optimising financial performance, and ensuring project efficiency.

Chris Crawley - Property Lawyer & Board Adviser
Director and Principal of AFC Legal Pty Ltd, a Sydney city-based firm of Attorneys, Solicitors, and Proctors specialising in litigation, commercial law, mortgages & securities, wills & probates, and property transactions – both residential & commercial. With over 50 years of legal experience and a specialised focus on ASX and property transactions, he has also advised many AFSL-registered property funds over his time.
